GIS Innovation Ltd · trading as brilAIante (Career Management Engine) · Last updated: 22 July 2026
On this page
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Career Management Engine ("CME", the "Service") operated by GIS Innovation Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as brilAIante — including its Tailored.cv Pro module ("we," "us," or "the Company").
By purchasing and using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms were last updated on 22 July 2026. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy (Section 21), which governs how we handle your personal data.
2. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Service"
- The Career Management Engine — Job Impact Analysis, Job Path Analyser, Job Match, and Tailored.cv Pro — including all associated software, content, and functionality.
- "Module"
- One of the four components of the Service listed above, each independently purchasable, or available as part of a bundle.
- "Career File"
- The portable record of your inputs and results, generated during your session and made available for you to download — see Section 8.
- "Input Data"
- All information you submit to the Service, including intake answers, job descriptions, and any CV or career history you provide.
- "Licence Key"
- An anonymous redemption code issued on purchase of a multi-use product (for example, the Tailored.cv Pro five-pack), tracked only against a usage counter — see Sections 9 and 14.
- "Customer" / "you"
- The individual who purchases and uses the Service.
- "Merchant of Record"
- The legal entity responsible for processing your payment and issuing your receipt — Lemon Squeezy (see Section 14).
- "Platform"
- The website, intake forms, scoring engine, and delivery system that together constitute the Service.
3. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law or regulation
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your Input Data
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the Service on behalf of a third party — for example, as a careers adviser, outplacement provider, or partner organisation preparing materials for someone you support (see our For partners page) — you represent that you have the authority and consent of that individual to submit their information.
4. Service Description
The Service is a set of one-time-purchase, AI-powered modules that assess your exposure to AI-driven change in the job market and help you act on it:
- Job Impact Analysis (Module 1): a three-axis verdict on your current risk, scored from your inputs.
- Job Path Analyser (Module 2): a 90-day roadmap toward a more durable role.
- Job Match (Module 3): live roles matched to your plan, with deep-links to the job boards you already use.
- Tailored.cv Pro (Module 4): a role-specific CV, tuned to a target applicant-tracking system.
Each Module's output is delivered on screen upon completion of processing. You are responsible for downloading your Career File (Section 8) before closing your session — we do not retain your analysis or Input Data after your session ends.
Current prices, bundles, and what each Module includes are shown on our Pricing page and are not restated here, as they vary by region and are subject to change.
5. Orders & Pricing
Current prices for each Module, bundle, and the 90-day rescore are shown on our Pricing page and are subject to change at our discretion. Any price change applies only to purchases made after the change is published.
A binding contract between you and the Company is formed at the point at which your payment is confirmed by the Merchant of Record. Each purchase entitles you to the stated number of generations for the Module(s) purchased. Separate purchases (or a licence-key redemption, for Tailored.cv Pro) are required for additional generations.
There is no subscription, recurring billing, or auto-renewal. Each purchase is a single, standalone transaction.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
6. IP & Licence
Your Input Data: you retain full ownership of all Input Data you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to process it solely to generate your Module output. This licence terminates immediately once your session ends and your Input Data is deleted.
Your Career File: your Career File is your own property. We claim no ownership over it; our only role is to generate it, cryptographically sign it, and verify that signature if you re-upload it — see Section 8.
Your Module output: subject to payment and your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your verdict, roadmap, match results, or tailored CV for your own career purposes.
Platform IP: all intellectual property rights in the Platform — including its scoring methodology, taxonomy, algorithms, design, and branding — remain the exclusive property of GIS Innovation Ltd. A Licence Key entitles its holder to the stated number of Tailored.cv Pro generations only; it is not a transferable asset and may not be resold or shared to obtain generations beyond what was purchased.
7. AI Disclosure
Every Module output is generated using Claude (Anthropic), not a commodity model. By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- AI-generated content: your verdict, roadmap, match results, and tailored CV are produced by an AI model, based solely on the Input Data you provide, and are designed to reflect your authentic experience — not to fabricate it.
- Authenticity Risk: Tailored.cv Pro output is checked for phrasing that would read as machine-written, and flagged for revision, so your application stays credible.
- Inferences and assumptions: where Input Data is incomplete or ambiguous, the Service may make reasonable, disclosed inferences. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting anything inaccurate before you use the output.
- No guarantee of accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or imprecise language. Review your output thoroughly before use.
- No training use: your Input Data is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.
8. The Career File
Your Career File is the portable record of your inputs and results, built up across the Modules you use and made available for you to download after each one. It is generated and held only on your device — we do not keep a copy.
Signing and verification. Every Career File is cryptographically signed by the Service (HMAC-SHA256) at the time it is generated. If you re-upload it to continue your analysis, we verify that signature first. A file that fails verification will not be accepted or re-displayed — you will see a message to the effect that the file was not produced by the Service or has been modified, and you will need to re-run your analysis to get a verified result.
It is your only copy. We retain nothing that would let us reconstruct, restore, or re-issue a lost or corrupted Career File. If you lose it, there is no recovery mechanism on our side: you re-enter your inputs and purchase a fresh run through the ordinary purchase flow, exactly as a new customer would. This is deliberate — it keeps our "we store nothing about you" guarantee absolute, with no exception. Because scoring is deterministic and version-stamped, a fresh run faithfully reproduces your prior analysis (or transparently reflects an updated methodology, where our rescore feature applies).
This is the same policy stated in plain language on our About and How It Works pages, and in the product itself wherever your Career File is offered for download: it's the only copy — keep it safe, or pay to rebuild it.
9. No Accounts
The Service does not use user accounts, sign-up, or persistent logins. A valid payment receipt or Licence Key unlocks a session for the Module(s) you purchased.
A session exists only for the duration of your visit and is not linked to any account or stored profile. Nothing about your session persists on our servers once it ends, other than the operational records described in Sections 11 and 14 (Lemon Squeezy's payment records, and — for Tailored.cv Pro five-packs — a Licence Key and usage counter in our credit ledger; never your career data).
If you close your session before finishing a Module, you may need to use your receipt or Licence Key again to resume, subject to the entitlement rules for that product.
10. Restrictions
You must not use the Service to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your qualifications, experience, or identity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract the Platform's scoring methodology, taxonomy, or algorithms
- Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation, including data protection law
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls, Licence Key validation, or payment systems
- Submit Input Data that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
- Use the Service to generate content that could be used to misrepresent qualifications in sectors where professional certification is legally required (e.g. medicine, law, engineering)
Breach of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
11. Data & Privacy
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (Section 21), which forms part of this agreement and sets out the full detail of what we collect, why, and for how long. In summary: your Input Data and Career File are not retained after your session; your data is not used to train any AI model; and all data processing is performed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
12. Support Model
Support for the Service is provided on a best-efforts basis. We aim to respond to all support queries within one UK business day.
Support covers:
- Technical issues with a Module or its output
- Payment queries (initial triage — payment disputes are handled by the Merchant of Record)
- Refund requests (see Section 13)
- Career File verification issues, and data-subject requests under Section 11
Support does not include career coaching, guarantees of employment outcomes, or revision of your Module output beyond its original generation. There is no formal service level agreement for response times.
13. Refunds
Refunds are considered on a discretionary basis within 48 hours of purchase. To request one, contact us at support@brilaiante.tech with your order details and the reason for your request; we will review each request individually.
This section does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law (see Section 19).
Separately from the above: if you have paid for a Module and the Service fails to generate your output due to a technical fault on our side, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of any policy above — see Section 16.
14. Payments & Merchant of Record
As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, tax collection and remittance, chargebacks, and payment disputes. Their terms of service and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction itself.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Where you are located outside the UK, local taxes may apply and will be calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
For Tailored.cv Pro five-packs, your purchase is tracked only by an anonymous Licence Key and a usage counter held in our credit ledger — never by your career data (see Sections 2 and 9).
In the event of a payment dispute, contact Lemon Squeezy in the first instance. If the dispute relates to the content or delivery of your Module output rather than the payment itself, contact us directly (see Section 20).
15. Fraud Prevention
The following constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access, permanent exclusion from the Service, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Submitting false or stolen payment credentials
- Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving complete, functioning Module output, without first contacting us
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse the Service, payment system, or a Licence Key
- Sharing or reselling a Licence Key to obtain generations beyond what was purchased
- Creating multiple payment attempts or Licence Keys to circumvent entitlement limits
16. Service Availability
We aim to make the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, unusually high demand, or events beyond our reasonable control.
If you have paid for a Module and the Service is unable to generate your output due to a technical failure, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of any policy in Section 13. Contact us with your order reference and we will investigate promptly.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. Where we discontinue the Service entirely, we will honour all refund requests for unfulfilled purchases.
17. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- No guarantee of employment outcomes: we make no representation that use of the Service will result in a job offer, interview, or any other employment outcome.
- No guarantee of ATS passage: while Tailored.cv Pro optimises for ATS compatibility, ATS systems vary between employers, and we cannot guarantee any specific outcome.
- AI limitations: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use.
- Not professional advice: the Service does not constitute legal, financial, or regulated career advice.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Module or bundle to which the claim relates. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, at our discretion, provide notice of material changes via the Platform.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes do not affect your rights with respect to any purchase made before the change took effect, except where required by law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer located elsewhere in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may also apply. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly (Section 20) so we can attempt to resolve the matter. We will respond to all formal disputes within five UK business days.

21. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GIS Innovation Ltd (trading as brilAIante) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Service. It should be read alongside the Terms above.
Last updated: 22 July 2026. We are registered in England and Wales and process data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What data we collect
- Input Data: your intake answers, job descriptions, and any CV or career history you provide — the core data needed to generate your Module output.
- Payment data: we do not collect or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, under their own privacy policy.
- Technical data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp), collected automatically, not linked to your Input Data, and retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
How we use your data
- Module output: your Input Data is processed solely to generate your verdict, roadmap, match results, or tailored CV. The legal basis is performance of a contract.
- No AI training use: we do not use your Input Data to train, evaluate, or improve any AI model. Aggregate, anonymised usage metrics may be used to improve the Platform.
- Legal compliance: we may retain minimal data where required for tax, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.
Data retention
Your Input Data and Career File are not retained by us after your session — see Section 8 for the full policy, including what happens if you lose your Career File. Payment records are retained by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their own retention policy and applicable financial regulations.
Third-party processors
Your data passes through the following categories of third-party infrastructure, all operating under formal Data Processing Agreements:
- AI processing: Anthropic (Claude) — processes your Input Data to generate Module output; no retention after the response.
- Automation: Make.com — orchestrates the Tailored.cv Pro processing pipeline; no permanent data storage.
- Credit ledger: Supabase — holds only a Licence Key and usage counter for Tailored.cv Pro five-packs; never career data.
- Payments: Lemon Squeezy — Merchant of Record for all transactions, under their own privacy policy.
No third party receives your Input Data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than generating your Module output.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, receive a portable copy of, and object to processing of your personal data. Because Input Data and Career Files are not retained after your session, there is typically nothing to erase by the time a request is received. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via Section 20. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies & tracking
The Service does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile individual users. Standard server-side logs are collected automatically for security purposes only.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
